We stayed in suite with the window on the inside. We appreciated wake-up service available. This accommodation was in the very central location perfect in the middle of everything.

had an amazing time in hanoi at the hostel. staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with our tours and travel plans. atmosphere was perfect - not too party-focused but still social. thank you for a great stay!

It offers exceptional services. The staff in general is very competent. The location is magnificent and very close to Hoan Kiem Lake which is very beautiful in the day and really fancy at the weekend/holiday night as well as old town area

The bathrooms are poor.

My stay at Brother Inn was fantastic! I stayed for a few nights and the staff was really helpful and gave great advice about things to do in the city. The breakfast was tasty, and they even offered free coffee or tea throughout the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The hotel also helped me book an amazing trip to Halong Bay and Sapa. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Hanoi!

The breakfast here was delicious and had something for everyone; with unlimited coffee and warm French bread.

Great location in the heart of the old quarter, close to main sights and restaurants. Spacious and clean rooms with all necessary facilities. Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent recommendations for dining options.

The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Being in the busy old quarter, it was sometimes noisy at night, so earplugs may be needed.

The shower lacked a curtain, which made it messy in the bathroom. there was no elevator in the hotel, which was inconvenient when carrying luggage upstairs.

The staff and people generally were amazingly great. Had great location quite close to the train station, a short walk to a performing arts theater. Moreover, it was near to halong bay, Hoan Kiem Lake which is very beautiful in the day and the beautiful Old Quarter of Hanoi.

The room was a great value, had a balcony, free breakfast, and a quiet bedroom, and the location was central.
